This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for any product or service purchased through our platform.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
Note: We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, food, or similar goods. Refunds/replacements will only be initiated if the product is proven to be defective or of unacceptable quality.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. The request will be reviewed once the concerned seller or merchant verifies the issue.
If the received product significantly differs from its description, report it to our customer service within 2 days. We will investigate and take appropriate action. This does not guarantee a refund.
For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly for any service or replacement claims.
No refunds will be issued for any courses or services offered by Fixelr Innovatives Pvt Ltd. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved solely at our discretion, the process may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the original payment method.
