The Platform is owned and operated by Fixelr Innovatives Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Radha Nivas, Aaryabhatt Colony, J.N.L. College Road, Khagaul, Danapur, Patna – 801105, Bihar, India (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Your use of the Platform and its services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") including applicable policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you transact on the Platform, you will be subject to the policies applicable to such transactions. By merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Company, and these Terms of Use constitute your binding obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services or INR 100, whichever is lower.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, technical failures, or acts of government.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
